A condo with a garden?
So, you want a holiday home in Phuket but you don't want to get tied up with all the restrictions placed on owning a villa. This means a freehold ownership of a condominium is really the only choice open to you. But, what about a garden, condo's don't really have gardens do they?
“What separates Karon ButterFly from other condominium projects on Phuket is the fact that two thirds of all the units have their own private garden.” Cristina, the project manager tells me.
